Always come here for a good bagel. The Showoff is extremely delicious. Great location, plentiful outdoor seating and the service is A+, they have kiosks to self order and employees also go around taking orders as well when they are extremely busy. Order came out faster than expected considering the volume. Highly recommended.

Dependable, locally owned breakfast joint with lots of excellent options, can’t go wrong. Order through the app; they will let you put nearly anything on an egg and cheese. Downside is it can get quite busy on the weekends, especially after church services let out. A warning to vegans: Non-dairy milk options (almond or oat) cost extra.

Today I made an online order but when I got to the store they didn’t have my order even though we confirmed it was the right location and that they charged my card. Apparently when you use Apple Pay, it charges your card but doesn’t send the order to the store. On top of that when I got there and confirmed the issue, instead of offering some type of compensation for the extra charge and time (because I am now late for work), they asked me to pay again saying that it will charge my account and then somehow send it back later. Which honestly made me a bit uncomfortable because I’m not even sure how true that is. Please fix so that this doesn’t happen again. Especially if you all are fully aware of the problem. Also, it would be helpful if you would send confirmation emails with the details of the order for Apple Pay. Very nice and welcoming staff but the company needs to figure this out because it makes customers not trust your service.

Great local favorite location for coffee, coffee drinks, sandwiches, and other bakery items. Plenty of free safe parking a and both indoor and outdoor seating. Open, airy, colorful decor, and soothing background music. Nearby shopping center on walking distance with Michael’s and pet store. Very convenient to have coffee and a bagel and run a few errands. Friendly staff at the counter. Even a diaper changing station in the restroom. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is very clean.

I placed an order through your app for a bakers dozen the day before. I was very disappointed that although I had ordered 7 everything and 6 poppy bagels, instead I was given 8 everything and only 5 poppy. This order was placed 24 hours ahead, so there was more than enough time to ensure the 6 poppy bagels should have been put aside to include the correct number of poppy bagels. This is the first time this has happened at this location.

Went there during Mother’s Day in the morning. It was packed and I was able to get my bagel at a good time. Great service and fast. I had the Asiago bagel with ham eggs and cheese. It was delicious, best bagel yet I’ve had in the Baltimore area

My updated 5 star review- back to being a go to place for bagels for me! Service is really timely, love the new ordering system and the food is as good as always glad they're back to quality!! My 3 star review - Worst experience I've ever had here. They forgot my order and told me someone took it but I never got a comfirn text that my order was ready which tells me they never made it. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 bagels. They are prioritizing the online orders over orders placed on the Kiosk. I understand it is difficult with COVID restrictions and a busy Sunday so maybe hire more employees for the busy time - or just make the orders in the order they arrive in so that way the people who order in store don't have to wait. People came and went who ordered after me. My original 5 star review - Always great bagels here! Very polite staff and if they ever make a mistake with something they're always happy to help make it right. My favorite thing to get here is an egg bagel scooped out with cream cheese, tomato, and spinach, but today I got the st.Patrick bagel and it didn't disappoint!
